The institution of the National Support Center for Agriculture (KOWR) is established to manage the agricultural property resources of the State Treasury.
KOWR is a legal institution entrusted by the State Treasury with activities related to property rights in relation to the real estate it owns.
All persons who wanted, want or will want in the future to buy a plot of over one hectare of agricultural land must apply for the consent of the KOWR Director, including meeting certain conditions.
