Pursuant to Article 29.1 (Construction Law Act), a building permit is not required, but the construction of:

  1. Detached single-family residential buildings whose catchment area is located entirely on the plot or plots on which they were designed.
  2. Networks:
        a) electricity with a rated voltage not higher than 1 kV,
        b) water supply,
        c) sewerage,
        d) thermal,
        e) gas with a working pressure not higher than 0.5 MPa;
  3. Free-standing single-story transformer station buildings and container transformer stations with a building area of ​​up to 35 m²;
  4. Construction works not listed in points 2, 3 and 5-30 and in section 2, located in closed areas, determined by the decision of the Minister of National Defense or the minister responsible for internal affairs, with the exception of residential buildings, collective residences and public utilities;
  5. Sewage treatment plant with a capacity of up to 7.50 m³ per day;
  6. Outflowless tanks for liquid waste with a capacity of up to 10 m³;
  7. Temporary construction structures not permanently connected to the ground and intended for demolition or relocation to another place - within the deadline specified in the notification, but no later than 180 days from the date of commencement of construction specified in the notification;
  8. Bridges with a total length of up to 25 m and a height from the top of the bridge to the bottom of the water body of up to 2.50 m;
  9. Tank installations for liquid gas with a single tank with a capacity of up to 7 m³, intended to supply gas installations in single-family residential buildings;
  10. Cable ducting;
  11. Exits from national and provincial roads and parking bays on these roads;
  12. Building structures used directly to perform activities regulated by the Act of June 9, 2011 - Geological and Mining Law in the field of exploration and identification of hydrocarbon deposits;
  13. Construction structures damming water and discharges with a damming height below 1 m outside inland waterways and outside the areas of national parks, nature reserves and landscape parks and their buffer zones;
  14. Free standing:
        a) single-story farm buildings,
        b) garages,
        c) shelters – with a building area of ​​up to 35 m²,
        however, the total number of these objects on the plot cannot exceed two for every 500 m² of the plot area;
  15. Backyard:
        a) porches,
        b) orangeries (winter gardens) – with a building area of ​​up to 35 m²,
        however, the total number of these objects on the plot cannot exceed two for every 500 m² of the plot area;
  16. Free-standing single-story individual recreation buildings, understood as buildings intended for periodic recreation, with a building area of ​​up to 35 m², and the number of these facilities on a plot cannot exceed one for every 500 m² of the plot area;
  17. Single-story buildings with a building area of ​​up to 35 m², used as facilities for the ongoing maintenance of railway lines, located on land owned by the State Treasury, located in the Natura 2000 area;
  18. Commercial buildings with a built-up area of ​​up to 35 m², with a structure span not exceeding 4.80 m, and ponds and water reservoirs with an area not exceeding 500 m² and a depth not exceeding 2 m from the natural surface of the land, intended exclusively for forest management purposes and located on forest lands of the State Treasury, located in the Natura 2000 area;
  19. Parking spaces for passenger cars, up to 10 spaces, located in a Natura 2000 area;
  20. School fields and sports fields, tennis courts, and running tracks for recreation;
  21. Fences over 2.20 m high;
  22. Above-ground home terraces with a built-up area of ​​over 35 m²;
  23. Connections:
        a) electricity,
        b) water supply,
        c) sewerage,
        d) gas,
        e) thermal,
        f) telecommunications
  24. Technological channels, within the meaning of Art. 4 point 15a of the Act of March 21, 1985 on public roads, in the road as part of road reconstruction;
  25. Charging stations, within the meaning of Art. 2 point 27 of the Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, excluding road public transport charging infrastructure;
  26. Disinfection basins, including disinfection basins with a roof;
  27. Pole foundation for telecommunications cable lines;
  28. Small architectural objects in public places;
  29. Farm buildings related to agricultural production and supplementing the farm development within the existing plot of land:
        a) manure storage plates,
        b) tight tanks for slurry or slurry,
        c) above-ground silos for bulk materials, with a capacity of up to 30 m 3 and a height of no more than 7 m,
        d) silage silos;
  30. LNG regasification station with a gas storage tank capacity of up to 10 m³.
